The contracting business
EoPammu™ is owned and operated by Shanghai Dongxi Xincheng Trading Co., Ltd.. Placing an order through eopammu.com acknowledges that the purchase is subject to these terms and the store's other available policies.
Product information
Reasonable efforts are made to present descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, materials, included components, availability, and prices accurately. Minor differences in color or appearance may result from lighting, display settings, or normal manufacturing variation. Genuine errors may be corrected and product information updated where necessary.
Order verification
Submitting an order does not prevent checks of payment, stock, delivery details, fraud risk, or legal restrictions. We may reasonably refuse, limit, or cancel orders for failed payment, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, material pricing or information errors, unauthorized resale activity, or legal restrictions. If payment was collected for a canceled order, an appropriate refund goes to the original payment method.
Price and payment authorization
Transactions are processed in USD. Prices, applicable delivery charges, taxes, discounts, and the final amount are displayed before payment. Supplying payment details confirms their accuracy and your authorization to use that payment method.
Delivery and returns
After payment authorization, preparation of most in-stock orders normally takes 1–3 business days. Payment or address checks, high demand, preorders, stock availability, public holidays, and unusually large orders can require additional processing time.
Standard U.S. carrier transit is generally estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch. This is separate from the processing period.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Contact customer care before mailing goods for approval, the designated return warehouse address, and return instructions. The business registration address is not automatically a return destination.
Request cancellation within 12 hours after purchase; it cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipment preparation has begun.
Offers and discount conditions
Promotions may have eligibility rules, exclusions, minimum purchases, expiration dates, or other clearly communicated conditions. Unless otherwise stated, offers cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retroactively to completed orders.
Lawful use and prohibited conduct
Products are offered for lawful use. Fraudulent transactions, unauthorized resale schemes, payment abuse, improper promotion use, interference with store or checkout systems, and other unlawful activities are prohibited.
Liability and non-excludable rights
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EoPammu™ and Shanghai Dongxi Xincheng Trading Co., Ltd. are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use, an order, or a product. Nothing excludes or restricts statutory consumer rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Revisions
We may publish revised terms here. Unless otherwise required by law, the version effective when an order was placed generally governs that transaction.
